They matched the price of my Fisher Paykel gas range and, when a problem arose with my own installer, who had to cancel at the last minute due to COVID, they came to my rescue. They rescheduled my delivery and arranged for the installation of the range at a reduced price. Throughout the process they were hands-on and reachable at all times on their cell phones. "I recently shipped at Grainger and Sons. The store is pretty small but don't be fooled by that. The collection is very impressive. I was looking for a specific dishwasher and they were the only place in the city that had it. I want to highlight how professional Vlad the installation technician was. He was very cordial and also knowledgeable. He was able to handle the nuances of working in an old new York apartment perfectly. He also highlighted minor details during installation which I really liked. Unfortunately I cannot give the same high praise for the delivery staff. They totally disregarded my building rules for using the freight elevator. Despite me telling them to use freight elevators, they used the regular one because they couldn't be bothered to wait for the super to come. They were rude and the only time I have not tipped a delivery team."
