"I called ahead to get my computer fixed on a Sunday morning. Someone answered and gave me the price. Sounded good. Later that afternoon, I arrived at the store and it was closed. I was told the store owner would be back in 5 minutes. I waited 30 min and he still did not come back. When I called again, the store owner said he would now be back in 13 more minutes. Very unprofessional and wasted a chunk of my weekend afternoon."
