"Pretty bad service! I was there waiting for 10 minutes, and even though someone saw me standing in line, she could not say anything. If you need help, you shouldn't go there. It didn't finish. I ended up going to the Union Square location and I had the opportunity to meet Dina, Daina, or whatever was her name. The level of rudeness and lack of commitment was so high that impressed me. Other people were having problems, and her behavior was like “I am here doing a favor for you”. Unfortunately, my complaint won't go anywhere."

"It was okay. I just go to make copies mostly. Occasionally drop off packages to return. They really need to hire more people though at their Union Square location in particular. They need extra manpower for up to an hour before closing."

"I am a regular customer at this location. Passed early today to drop of a package. Worst experience ever. This lady called Montana is super passive aggressive that’s the feeling, it’s not the first time. I asked for a little of tape and she said I needed to buy one from the store as they are not providing tape anymore. I asked why and another black lady very aggressively says that they won’t provide tape for suppliers different from them, so the only option was to pay “her” for the tape. Very rude and wrongly worded plus with a lot of attitude. It could have been handed under different customer service more polite and nicer standards. By the way there was this person sleeping in one of the computer stations, she looked homeless. Hope it’s helps to improve."
