"Scammers. Sold me unlimited lycamobile data for 60 dollars. I asked 3 times if it is really unlimited. They confirmed it. After 12GB used internet stopped working. I contacted customer support and they told me that I have 33 dollars package for 12GB. They are trying to scam tourists. Don't recommend..."

"While in the store someone brought a defective product and they made a makeshift repair which didn't appear quite right to me, but anyway against better judgement I bought a pair of binoculars which I discovered were 4X their list price, when I tried to return it unopened as I was willing to bit the bullet and assume some restocking fee and buying them somewhere else was more economical they flat out refused without other reason than it was store policy. They told me to just be happy with my purchase and with life (don't know what made them think I was unhappy at anything else than their bad customer service), well if the other reviewers had a similar experience to mine they certainly seem quite happy ripping people off."

"Do not shop here. Two days ago my credit card fraud department contacted me about an $86. transaction. It was a fraudulent attempt to be paid twice by this store. I gave the store my credit card but they said it was rejected so I paid cash for the item. As soon as I left they tried to use my credit card but they must be red flagged because AmX contacted me first and declined their request. Stay away from them."

"Awful experience! During a one day trip to NYC,i most unfortunately fell into the hands of these scammers! Bought a brookstones' mini projector at 4 TIMES the price, only to find out at the JFK brookstone store that the item had been phased out, last sold at $120 (as against the $550 these crooks charged me), had no warranty nor touchscreen as they claimed. Had initial misgivings even bf I left the store, when they "gave" me a usb port for free, and did not want me to test the device there. i think many of those New York stores without price tags are fraudsters. PLS SPREAD THE WORD AND RUN THESE GUYS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!"
