"I did not receive my order in time (as promised) for use although ordered in plenty of time for delivery. The battery wasn’t shipped until the day after the inverter arrived. I was very upset and our needs were not met. I’m returning the useless inverter. I had to install a gas generator in my yacht to make a trip. I was able to do that in far less time than I could receive a battery. I am working out details and possible future purchase with Wellbots. We shall see what happens and how this reviews changes."

"They stopped my order for "fraud" and never contacted me to let me know. When I called to follow up when my order will ship nobody told me the order was flagged. Under a few days later when I followed up I finally found out my order was cancelled. Now I get an email to write a review on a product I never received. Terrible service. Bought elsewhere with a quick turnaround. Only shop at trustworthy sites."

"TERRIBLE! I ordered a 1000w motor for my son’s electric dirt bike. Paid an extra $75 or so for a warranty. They sent me a 500w motor that obviously was not what I ordered. I contacted the service department and informed them of the mistake. I asked if they could provide a shipping label for me to return the wrong motor and for them to ship the correct one. That was well over two to three weeks ago and I have never heard back. So I’m out almost $250 and have to turn around and buy another motor because this site is pathetic. No customer service and no attention to detail, or they would have shipped the right part from the start. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SOTE!"

"Shipment arrived with the generator box missing the black box of adapter cords. Contacted support and told them exactly what I needed. I needed the A/C charger cord, the car charger cord, the manual, and the cord that lets you charge at an electric station. Told them I had the solar cords, as they were in the solar panel boxes. Guess what they sent me?! That’s right! The solar cord!!! Contacted them again and said please get it right! Just send me the black box with ALL the adapters and I would send what I didn’t need back. Their reply… NOTHING!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Sold a defective mobility device to a deaf disabled person and won’t refund it discovered the defect day of arrival and wellbots will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY video for those curious and if it were you how would you feel the miss labeled or wired your device wrong which can lead you to serious injury due to shortcuts and cheaply made items from well you can guess where."
