"I do not recommend this place, the lady claims to have 44 years in the business but, clearly has no clue what she is doing. I had a terrible experience over the weekend. I asked her if i can get prepaid service for my phone and after inspecting the cell confirmed it will be not a problem. I paid and left but when i tired, no service. I went back to the store and she told me the phone was not compatible with the new network and i cannot have my money back. I explained it was her fault because she checked the phone and told me, i cannot have my money back bc, the phone had a line that, ultra Mobil cannot cancel it and all i had to do is to switch the card to another phone. Can you believe that bbbbb... God knows and there is karma. DO NOT GO TO THIS IS TORE, SHE IS A FRAUD....."

"The staff here are very unprofessional. I got my phone fixed by them, paid a lot of money and the lady wouldn’t let me see the phone first before paying. I got my phone and saw there was many issues that were not there before I tried to reason with the woman there and she was getting very loud then another lady who worked there, came into the argument and started cursing calling me out my name and threatened to call the police. I didn’t want everything I gave them but some of my money back to get it fixed somewhere else since they messed it up. I would never come here again they are to ignorant, classless, and unprofessional."
