"This company is unreliable and nonresponsive. Please don't buy any product from them. Ken is very nice when selling the product. He is non responsive. Some product they sell manufactured in China and warranty is useless. I bought a refrigerator with warranty and it's non functional. "Element" China based manufacturer and Ken both are non responsive. They are not reaping the product or not replacing the product."

"Please stay away from this company. They are only good when you need to place a new order. Ken is very nice at first but once your order is delivered forget about any customer service. It all started well, price was right, responses to phone calls were quick...as soon as I placed deposit - forget about all the good stuff. Delivery took 2 weeks just to schedule. Items arrived in good condition but they delivered a wrong microwave, and now not responding to phone calls or text messages. Return policy - NONE! You cant change anything and now I even have doubts that anything can be warranted - try to get something fixed if its impossible to get in touch. Stay away from this place. Just a shady business. Spend a few extra $$ and get it from normal and reputable retailers."
