"Terrible experience here. Went in for a kitchen remodel and started the process well enough. Then went in for our second meeting and our designer was out sick (she was legit sick, not faulting her for that) - but no one told us and we stood there waiting for nothing. Tracked down a manager who basically shrugged and just told me she was out sick. Couldn't manage to actually manage the situation. Took two managers for that. We decided to cancel our order with Home Depot and I emailed to request a refund on our deposit. I was told no problem and received a call from another manager asking me to come in if I would like it back on my credit card. I did and waited patiently while they tried to figure it out for about 20 minutes. Finally I was told they got it and that it would take a few hours to go through. No problem, thanks, have good evening. 5 days later and still no refund. I'm currently on hold with them - as I have been for the last 40 minutes - still trying to get this resolved. What a mess."
