Alex was so helpful - I got a phone call with my (free) diagnostic within a couple hours of bringing the laptop over! I needed a keyboard replacement and a couple motherboard fixes - they repaired my laptop for a reasonable price and Alex was kindly updating me throughout the process. I even got a discount because of a battery issue that the staff did not fix at first - Alex was very understanding.
