"Post-covid this Home Depot has really gone down hill. Never brought back self check-out, workers chatting away instead of working, lines longer than any other store, etc… Currently waiting in line for 30 minutes and only halfway through the line. Much rather go to the Port Chester or Stamford one. New Rochelle management needs some major work."

"I am not a huge fan of this home depot due to it being always busy and crowded but I gave it a five star review because of one employee, Stacy (plumbing). while I was there she helped several costumers including myself and still found time to double check if I had everything I needed. I informed her of my DIY project to change my under sink dishwasher branch but was confused on how the pipe should be installed, being my first time. She was kind enough to make sure I had the exact branch I needed, advised on all the tools I would need to install and show me how to put the piece together so I have an easier time installing. Thanks to Stacy, the install took 5 minutes and more importantly absolutely no leaks. Definitely need more Stacys in the customer service world."

"It is what it is. The only place to get certain things in person. This visit, I noticed the flowering plants have gotten so much more expensive than last year. They never seem to have anything on sale. I got the boxes I needed and this visit, the long check out line went fast. However, please train your cashiers to look and check all the merchandise in the cart and open their mouths and speak to be heard! Mine stood there staring at his screen silently until I had to ask him if he had the total! After me not able to understand him 2x, I looked at his screen to see. Wow! It didn't need to be so hard."
