"Indulged in an ice cream treat at Cloud 9. Tasted rich, quality ingredients in every spoonful. Their hot fudge sundae is undeniably the best in town! Generous portions and affordable prices. Plus they have a rewards program and an online order system available. Perfect!"
"The ice cream is good but the nerve to disrespect your customers by serving everyone else in the line outside before me who was inside and I arrived there first. And then to actually be rude to me and tell me I had to wait until everyone outside was taken care of including if any new people came there after me. Never going there again."
"July 21 is NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY. All over the country, ice cream businesses were advertising deals... but not Cloud Nine in Cicero. Having said that, the price was pretty reasonable and our sundaes were delicious. Next time we order "regular", a choice clearly stated on your signs, you probably shouldn't ask the customer what size that would be... especially if you own the establishment."
"Labeling with stars is hard to do here but worth the read. We love coming here for ice cream and have been many, many times over the past few years. They have Perry's which is one of my favs, so they get good ratings for the ice cream portion of this experience. Let's talk about the cafe. I've driven by for weeks wanting to stop in to try their breakfast/coffee. No one ever there should've been a sign. My husband and I stop in at 9:15 on a Saturday morning. We order 2 iced lattes and 2 breakfast sandwiches to-go. I asked what the breakfast flatbread was, in which he responded he didn't know because he never made one. As soon as I paid, the young worker called someone to tell them I'd ordered iced lattes, seemingly getting advice on how to make them over the phone. He proceeded to make our food and drinks over the course of the next 45 minutes. Overall, we left at 10:00 with our coffee and food. Since we sat there for so long, we got to admire how truly dirty the floors, tables, and walls were. At times, I thought of asking for a refund, but I know it's not his fault he was not trained properly to run a cafe on a Saturday morning. We were the only people that came in within that 45 minutes and my order number was #1. The first bite into my egg and cheese on an everything bagel was instantly determined to be a Thomas Bagel. I paid $7.50 for a Thomas Bagel, slice of cheese, and egg. I could've made this at home for $1 worth of supplies. My thought is that if I want it fast, I'm not going to a small time cafe, I'm going to Dunkin'. If I want a truly homemade item, fresh baked goods, etc. this is the type of place you're picking. I was hoping to turn something small into my new favorite coffee shop, like Sweet Aroma in Central Square or Lyric Coffee House in Clayton. This place is full of disappoint, and would 0/10 recommend the cafe side of this place unfortunately."
"So we're off to a good start with the Hundred Sundaes of Summer. Well, spring, summer and fall anyway. I did feel a bit like I was on cloud 9 with this one. Sorry not Sorry for the dad jokes. That aside, I has a hot fudge Sundae with chopped nuts, whip cream and cherries on top. So good, always a crowd pleaser."
