Byrne Dairy and Deli

"Every time I go into this store they never have hot food ready. It's 2:30 in the afternoon and the only pizza they have is dried out breakfast pizza. I asked if they had pizza coming out and his answer was nope. When I went back to my car I could see three employees that work in the deli and makes the food, through the windows, laughing and talking, but there's no hot food. I also went in there three Wednesdays in a row to get their cheeseburgers and they didn't have any. The excuses they gave me were ridiculous. Definitely not going back there again, the managers are no better than the unprofessional employees. They are too concerned with who is going on a smoke break next."

"I have always loved the byrne dairy stores. Best chocolate milk in probably the world!! I did have an issue with an employee there but management handled it well. I don't expect perfection lol but you guys come close oh and more dollar cheeseburger days!!!!"

"They have everything here! Nice first visit. Very refreshing to get a cold drink and sit and go over my scratch offs. Still didn't win though. The bathrooms are really clean unlike most stores/ gas stations. Staff, keep up the great work."

"Brand new everything! First open day. Store looks great. They have gas now. You can sign up for membership and get savings on gas. They're is hot food now. This should be the top place for Onondaga Hill area quick food gas and everything you need. Super excited. The gas prices are competitive with other gas stations but you can get better ice cream here for certain. Enjoy!"
