"New owners - prices went up double, and quality isn’t any better. Thought if they slapped a fancy name and “rustic” pizza on it it would be better. It’s the same product. Lady on the phone is rude"
"Ordered a 2 topping calzone, came to 22 dollar's and some change. Most expensive calzone I've ever had (or didn't have) Sadly it was very undercooked and a soggy dripping mess... complete trash! Tossed that garbage into the river, at least the carp were fed. Should of read the reviews before trying this place. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!"
"Wacky Wednesday Part 2. I just wanted to do a follow up on Sardo’s in B’ville. It looks like whatever went wrong last week with the dough has been corrected. Pie was solid and piping hot with a crispy crust. Definitely more an Upstste/WNY vibe but nothing to be ashamed of at all. Especially at two pies for a little under 20 bucks. Staff was pleasant and the place was clean and my order was on time. The specialty slices looked really good from behind the glass. Will definitely give it another go in the future. I do want to check out the wings next time."
"The worst service I’ve ever experienced I order a shrimp dinner and Stromboli as my order. The shrimp dinner was completely disgusting it was undercooked it taste it frozen like it was frozen seafood the Stromboli was completely horrible they got the whole order wrong The Stromboli was doughy half cooked ingredients were raw in the middle. I send it back they send me a new order but I switch my order to a Caesar salad and I literally got chicken and lettuce And about lettuce was wilted and yellow Definitely does not look like the picture very disappointed!"
"I really enjoyed the pizza. We got the Extra Hot Garlic without the hot sauce and cheese sticks. The pizza was really rich and delicious. It didn't taste much like a garlic pizza but I really enjoyed how spicy it was. Delivery was relatively fast, and the food was still hot when we got it. Would definitely order again."
