"Before I say anything let me just say that the employees were fantastic and chill, but the management of this place is disgraceful, ordering equipment is failing making it impossible to understand through the speakers or be understood and the people in charge still have not repaired it after 6 months. Again the staff are doing their best and are not at fault, this lies solely with management and ownership."
"KFC. I have experienced all kinds of things. You definitely do not get what you pay for. The quality of the food is gross!! I can cook better than they can. Their oil is always disgusting, the chicken is hard, darker than dark and tastes bitter. The chicken is bitter with stringy or tough areas. I have also experienced very fatty chicken inside of pieces of chicken. KFC does not want to give you refunds either. I had a manager tell me and my son off for exchanging the chicken. Hey, the employee should have gotten the flack for this but, he chose to tell us off; and we were good customers , who frequented them very often."
"I don't typically complain, I'm usually the one who gives rave reviews! I don't have any issues with the customer service, everyone was extra nice & the food was McDonald's, it hit the spot. What I do want to say is this...I got a filet-o-fish meal for $8.79 (sandwich, medium fries & a medium drink). I asked for a bottled water & was up charged 40¢ + 5¢ bottle fee. Still not my issue...but when I asked for no cheese but extra tartar sauce they charged me 40¢ for the extra tartar sauce but didn't credit me for not wanting the cheese!!!! Really? You give 1 extra squirt of tartar sauce for 40¢!!!!???? I can buy a bottle of tartar sauce for less than $1.50!!!! Up charged 80¢!!!! That's ridiculous!!!!"
"Young man at night drive through was king and courteous. He was the highlight of visit. McDonald's need to hire more staff like him . Believe his name Jaeden. Shout out to him for his pleasant attitude at 1 o clock in the am ."
"Either shut this place down, or get rid of the people who are driving your customers away. Had lunch here again today with my wife and they messed up our order yet again. That's not even the worse part, the girl in the drive thru needs to go through professional development, or just straight up fired. She is extremely unprofessional with her attitude and shortness with customers. I thought some of these other reviews were a little extreme, but they are 100% spot on and SOMETHING needs to be done. My wife went to this location a couple weeks ago through the drive thru and they forgot her fries. She went in to get her fries and got an attitude from one of the workers and the manager was right there ignoring the situation. Management eventually gave me wife some attitude as well, OVER FRIES. When she told me I got extremely upset (nice way to put it) and tried calling the location. The phone wasn't working, no surprise there! My wife and I work at a college near this location so the proximity works well for us. MCD #2078, you lost two more customers and I am sure there are a lot more to come. I will let people know about the horrible experience we have had on a regular basis from this location."
