Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also extremely patient when talking my mom (who is elderly, hard of hearing, and very tech un-savvy) through some different steps over the phone. He kept his composure when even I was getting frustrated! He also was able to think outside of the box and come up with a workaround for an issue we were having. He is deserving of an award, bonus, raise AND promotion! Verizon, take care of this gem; he is an asset to your team. Thank you, Edward!!"

"Usually dread the visits to cell stores but we hooked up with Maxwell, awesome guy. Nows his stuff and delivers what verizon promises. Very professional. Ask for him and you won't be disappointed. Remember, if something doesn't go you way it's the corporation not the Salesforce on the front lines. Highly recommend this store and Maxwell!"

"If I could give the store zero stars, I would. My mother-in-law went into the store to fix a problem with her phone. She is on my account. I am the account holder after using some sales tactics, Lisa convinced my mother-in-law that upgrading and adding a new device to the plan would not affect our account Turns out it used up the rest of the credit line that me and my husband were planning on using to upgrade our devices since they were five years old now because of this our credit is filled and I have to wait two years before I can upgrade my five year old phone definitely don’t go to this place or else it will screw up your account."
