"I purchase a used xbox S from here. I bought it home and it didn't work at all. I bought it back to the store and they confirmed defective but because I traded in things and my kids also got gift cards I had no choice to get another console so I got a brand new Xbox X for $500. It only lasted two months exactly before the system would constantly freeze and shut down. I now have to use that warranty and send it to Microsoft to get it fixed or get a refurbished. I would highly recommend going to target or Walmart for your needs there return policy is way better and they are always willing to help."

"I've been going to this Gamestop since I was a kid. I would have given it a good review before, but about a year ago they got a new employee and he just isn't friendly in my opinion. He makes me feel rushed and unwanted. I get that, I used to work in customer service, but I go to Gamestop for the interaction as well as my purchase. They also seem to have lost interest in me as a whole since I started buying a specific item. I don't wanna give myself away in case I go in again. I don't expect forced smiles and over the top friendliness, but I literally feel like when they seem me now, they just think, "Oh...it's you." Edit: It has been 37 days. I think they have caught on that this review was by me. Well, damn...Lol"
