"Im rating them a one star because they can be very disrespectful and mouthy on the phone employee should act the way they do and i promise you, you wont like the way they do business cause im now with aarons ever since the disaster with this rent a center company"

"As far as friendly I’ve never had a problem with that, I think I’m more the aggressive one, they take my mess with a smile. I’m not saying I don’t have issues but they always manage to accommodate my problems with a smile. Now what they do behind my back umm idk and idc as long as my stuff is new and repaired when needed. I’m actually thankful because I was able to buy out my stuff at my leisure."

"Yeah it’s a bit more expensive but they are generally working with people with bad credit who can’t go out and buy up front. I see people crying about being late and them wanting their merchandise back, they are a business and businesses either want their money or their product back, your life’s problems are not theirs. Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought. Everyone complaining about them needs to look in the mirror and be happy that companies like rentacenter will even work with y’all"

"I can't begin to explain how much of an awful place this is. Repeated harassing phone calls before payment is even due, workers showing up with their pants not done up, Regional manager Brittney does not work good with customers, knows NO good customer service skills. Im a few days behind and they showed up to take my fridge, we explained how my little sister has cancer and she has certain medications that have to be refrigerated so they couldn't take the fridge. Brittney said she didn't care. Save your time, save your money, save your energy, please... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Also!! I've seen Brittneys family bringing in/returned used products after hours. Very sketch"

"Don't want to bash the product or the price because I never used them yet. I walked in the other day looking for a Recliner. Only a couple to choose from ..all of which still had debris from previous owners. That's when I realized it wouldn't be new. The 2 sales clerks were not helpful at all. They were curt and showed very little ambition to assist me."
