"BEWARE. This company is a fraud. Similar to other posts, we made a down payment and shipped a Dexter dryer control board to the company for repair. He kept the money and never returned the board. When contacted he lied on the phone about working on it. Do not do business with this company!"
"I have a copy of my USPS tracking number showing you received my Dexter control board. You have not returned my calls or emails. If you do not return my equipment I will sue you in small claims court. Please contact me by close of business Feb 16th 2021 otherwise I will file in court.i have put my washers out of service for 3 months. if you don't want to do it . that's fine. we will get it done else where. please return it immediately."

"I used them once in 2012 and they returned ignitors for my Speed Queen tumblers that were returned crumbling. When I requested I ship them back for return, I was told to pay for the shipping myself. Didn't make sense since the product was not usable. Now that it's 2019 I ordered a repair kit hoping they improved- nope 45 days and 2 calls in, and I'm still getting run around. I don't think the owner is malicious, I think he's in over his head and lacks sense of urgency. If you're going to repair parts for businesses at minimum you ought to be responsive- if not diligent. Other poster is correct use Mountain Electronics- they are everything you want in a repair/ refurbish company."
"A board I sent for repair was not shipped back to me. The owner admitted he received it and would "look into" why I had not received it back. He also said he would call me back. He did neither, after repeated calls and mail, I never heard back from the man/company. I will never do business with this company again. This has been a very disappointing experience. His voicemails are always full. He doesn't return phone calls, and I have received numerous products back from repair that were still not operating properly, even though I was charged for them. Find someone else for this type of service.. I understand that a company named Mountain Electronics in North Carolina is much better."
