"Abysmal. Wasted nearly 1/2 hour scheduling 2 people for flu & COVID vaccines. We arrived to be told that the pharmacy was closed due to staffing. Snotty attitude - supposedly communicated via text message. NOT. Arrived today to pick up a prescription - closed again. This appears to be specific to Robinson St. I rescheduled for the vaccines the same day on Front St and they were great. Friendly and helpful. I will NOT be dealing with Robinson St going forward"

"NOT RECOMMEND: My doctor filled two prescriptions and when I called to check because only one was processing they were very unhelpful said the one was too soon and when I said they were last filled together she said “maybe your doctor called it into another pharmacy” and I said I only use this CVS they just didnt care. Their system makes routine errors and they are unwilling to help! Been using CVS for two years and when there system screes up they wont help gonna be switching pharmacys for sure"
