"When our organization decided to purchase a new printer, we solicited quotes from several companies. Usherwood's senior solutions architect, Maria Henneberg, promptly answered all of our questions, send us numerous print samples from the model of printer she recommended, and was very patient and cheerful with our various requests throughout the process. We are a small nonprofit and carefully deliberate when deciding on large purchases. After our new printer was delivered, we needed some adjustment done on how the colors were printing so that they better matched our branding. It was very easy to quickly arrange a service call, and our technician, John McGrath, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He swiftly identified the issue and printed and copied several copies of our publications to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the fix. We have received wonderful support from Maria Henneberg and Dave Christensen throughout the years. They have communicated thoroughly with me and always follow up to ensure we have the support we need. Maria has made it clear she is available for me for the good, the bad and everything in between and she has proven to be just a phone call away. Dave has also gone above and beyond for us.
