"I wish I could give it 5 stars but the experience was not worth it. Had an appointment for 3pm. Stood around waiting for one of the six employees who were just standing there talking to each other and not helping anyone. For a consumer company they are not really interested in the customer."

"I went in to pick up an order I placed online and each associate I spoke with was great and friendly. I showed up on time for my appointment and didn’t have any wait. The staff was great about not trying to upsell anything or pressuring you to buy stuff you don’t really need. The gentleman who completed my order was super friendly and outgoing. I wish it wasn’t in Destiny, but it was well worth it. 10/10."

"I recently visited the Apple Store in Destiny Mall, in Syracuse, NY. I was primarily interested in Demoing the new Apple Vision Pro. The staff member who took me through the virtual process was Victoria Elizabeth. She is exceptional, and though I came in merely to better understand the new Vision Pro experience. Well, it exceeded my wildest dreams. The price tag can give one a little pause (say around $4,000.00) it is well worth the investment. Try it, you’ll like it Ricki"

"Super annoying experience. Store is fine for a straightforward purchase, but if you need help with anything beyond that, the store managers are rude, condescending, and almost shockingly unhelpful. What is an easy 20 minute fix at any other Apple Store is somehow “impossible”to do here. Pathetic that this is the only option for miles around"

"Ended up spending 5 hours at the store, 3 of which were used trying to solve a problem with my phone that never existed after one employee misdiagnosed the issue I was having. During that time none of the other 4 employees, including the manager helping me noticed. Luckily, after three fruitless hours I was the one to discover that the problem they were trying to solve didn't actually exist. Thankfully I ended up being issued a new phone to solve my original issue. When everything was done, I asked the final employee helping me (she was fantastic) if she thought Apple support may be able help or compensate me for my wasted time, the manager cut in and told me that Apple support wouldn't do anything to help further. I called anyway, and Support was rightfully appalled at the service I received, and even more frustrated that the manager discouraged me from contacting support about my experience."
