"Ms. Doan helped me with my guardianship case. She was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She was also thorough when filing documents with the court and patient when there were hiccups in the case. Thanks for all your help!"
"I sought the services of Atty. Van T. Doan for the complex case of applying for my adopted son's lawful permanent residency. She and her staff were very professional, thorough, friendly with all the requirements that were required to make this a successful process. I was always kept in the loop and updated if there were any developments regarding the case. She was available to contact at any time and she would always give a prompt response to any queries. Without doubt, it turned out successful and it could not have been done as efficiently despite this occurring through the COVID era. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to my friends."
"Although I did not retain Van as my immigration attorney, but only had a paid one-hour consultation, her assessment of my case and advice saved my case! I was in my I-751 application for about one and a half year when I also applied for my US citizenship in March 2019. I very much hoped that I would have my citizenship interview before January 2020, when I will have to go back to my home country because I took a job there. The attorney who I retained suggested that I withdrew my N400 application because she did not think that it would be possible for the case to be proceeded that fast, particularly under this current administration since 2017. I really did not want to withdraw my case, but I was also very worried that there won't be an interview for me before I leave the US. Particularly, my green card's extension is going to expire in early December, 2019. I found Van's attorney's website and reached out to her. She arranged a one-hour $350 consultation and it was crucial for my case. Among others things, she told my husband and I that she anticipated I would receive my interview notice around October, and have my interview before the expiration of my green card. Her opinion and advice importantly helped me make my decision of not withdrawing my citizenship application. After several weeks of our conversation, I received the USCIS notice for my citizenship interview! Although I have to wait for more than a month to receive the final notice of both my I751 and N400, but things went all well and I just attended my oath ceremony and received my naturalization certificate yesterday in Baltimore!! Thanks to Van, we got to know that my citizenship interview will be a combined one (I751 and N400) and we prepared for it and it worked well. My husband and I were very grateful for her professional, correct assessment of my case and advice!"
"I am very happy and thankful about Ms. Van's work. She helped me to resolved my divorce matter very efficiently and timely manner. I am very impressed about her working style. Before I ask any questions she has my answer and she replied very quickly. She is very supportive and good guider too. I felt that I am in good hands. Even I have issued with money she understood me and gave me flexibility on payment. I would highly recommend people as their attorney as her."
"Van kept me at ease as we had a frank discussion regarding my case. She was honest forthright and clear with her opinions. She is more interested in her client's success then a check. She conducted herself professionally and with poise. I was able to ask any question regarding my case. Van sets the bar high for her services, but she delivers. She asks the same for her clients, don't lie, don't exaggerate, tell the truth, and trust in Mrs. Doan and everything will work out Thank you Van for your guidance"
