"If we're being honest here, he presented himself well. I contacted him while he was on vacation and he scheduled a zoom for a Sunday evening. I thought it was odd, but was still eager to work with him. I stayed on the zoom about 30 minutes waiting for him. I texted him and he claimed he had technical issues. We rescheduled for the next business day. He seemed very open and answered all my questions. Told me he would always be available via text but not after 7, which was understandable. I paid in FULL and pretty much had the paperwork laid out for him, except for my State return. He became very unresponsive.
