"We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store. The associate was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to my father in a condescending way, as if he had no knowledge of anything. When my father mentioned his price range, the associate was dismissive and showed no interest in helping. He was also rude when asked if a youth shirt could be found in men’s sizing. The whole interaction left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you value decent customer service."
