"I will NEVER go anywhere else! I don’t know where to start. I feel like often it’s hard to find a nice car salesman that isn’t just focused on money and getting you out, and being unstrustworthy. I worked with Dave which my boyfriend’s whole family had worked with and told me about him. I loved every second with him! I knew I could trust him. The second I called he just knew what car would be best and I fell in love with it and drove away with it two days later. Dave was so patient, friendly, and was constantly making sure they were doing anything they could to make me happy even down to financing. He even kept in contact with me after the sale to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. I think one of the beers parts was that Jason Porreco walks around the office introducing himself to different customers and sits and talks. You NEVER see a ceo doing these things. You can tell he is very selfless, down to earth and cares more than just about the money but he cares about people. He even cleans off the cars when it snows with his employees. "I just purchased another CRV 1 week ago and once again Bianchi Honda did not disappoint! I have purchased MANY new Honda's here and always have a great experience. They are consistently the best priced and the level of professionalism is second to none. Vinnie Graham has been my salesman from day one and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! He is a no pressure, attentive, courteous, fair and very respectful salesman. I contacted Vinnie about a week and half earlier and after several back a forth calls, we agreed on a mutually fair trade deal. After a few days they located the exact vehicle I wanted and we scheduled a time for pickup. Upon arriving my vehicle was waiting for me in perfect condition. I met Lennon in financing and decided to finance instead of cash because of the rates. This took a little longer because of the unexpected paperwork. "Today 10/5/23. I brought my car for auto butler since I paid for this service when I purchased the car from them in 9/2021. I was there from 9am to 11:20am so it’s been 2 hours and 20 minutes sitting and waiting for my car to be clean. Preston the person that cleaned my car didn’t do much. He didn’t even bother cleaning my fabric seats and didn’t even clean the back door and other areas. I called the finance person and asked for my service to be canceled so I can get my refund back and he said no. Why am I paying for this service if they can’t clean the car right??"
