"They are so confused about policy and procedure at this branch. I am currently disputing with them about whether or not I truly closed my account when I went into the branch and asked for the account to be closed. I am receiving NSF fees and notices because it wasn't properly closed, and I hadn't yet moved my autopay transactions to my new account. One of the branch managers (Clayton) continues to argue with me and told me the onus is on me to prove that I closed the account (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS THERE AND HELPED THE TELLER CLOSE IT), and that I need to pay the NSF fees. What a waste of my time! Clayton threatened to pull up the video and hold me accountable for the fees. I can't wait to see if this really happens because it will show him and the teller fumbling about to figure out how to close an account and informing me that it was closed. I have reported to the attorney general's office and will be checking in with my attorney after the New Year if I'm not informed that the video is reviewed, and the chargers cleared."

"It’s a small office in comparison to other branches in the region, but the staff is super friendly and always helpful. They have a parking in lot in the back of the building. Be careful when entering or exiting thru the driveway since Rodi Road has heavy traffic."
