"New customer at Mac Bid, unsure of all the ways around. Bought a unit that was supposed to have two chairs only received one in the box. My wife insisted I went back ( you know how that goes guys) I walked in loaded for Bear and the staff could not have been nicer. They directed me to the back of the store and was met with a smile. "I purchased a canopy today and when I opened it it had already been used. No biggie. But it had also been repaired using electrical tape, medical tape and tongue depressors. Must have purchased by someone in the medical field. Anyway when I returned it to the Robinson store, the manager, Kristen couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating. The return went without a hitch. I’d really like to recognize Kristen for her help and the manner in which she handled the situation. Big kudos to you, Kristen. I hope the higher-ups get to read this, and you’re awarded for your outstanding work accordingly."

"Discovered MacBid less than a month ago and bought six items the first auction and been winning auction sense. Had no real clue about the pick up for inspection process but would ask employees as they were quite helpful to the point of walking with me with a flatbed cart and loading it on. We got all “open box” items and everything was included, nothing missing or broken. The auction count down is fun in anticipation of the “win”!"
