"BIG thank you to Tara for taking the time to understand the intricacies of a major change and providing the right solution. She did everything by the book and still saved me probably 10 hours after another branch told me I would have to open a new account for my situation."

"Daughter opened new checking and savings acct online for a promo. Deposited payroll into checking, paid a few bills.. next pay they took my daughters payroll direct deposit, closed her account with a cryptic fraud letter with no phone number to call, and nobody at the office referred to in the letter knew anything about it. On a holiday weekend with bills to pay and they state they won't refund her until two weeks via check in mail. No courtesy call or email beforehand, just closed with a letter received four days after the closing. Bullcrap bank holding her funds hostage, let alone honoring the promo for $300 for which she would be owed."

"Went down to Giant Eagle/ Citizens Bank to see if they could cash my check because the branch in Westview used to cash my check from Express Temp Services. Big fat white lady with glasses and an old wrinkle face lady were soooo rude. Fat lady with glasses told me " This is CITIZENS, NOT BOA." Very condescending as if I don't know how to read their sign above their bank. Don't bank there."

"If people work mon-fri 8 am to 5 pm, and the bank only works 9 am to 4 pm, how do you expect ppl to do banking with you? Or do you want ppl to take time off to come to the bank? You should be open at least till 6 pm on weekdays. Not so happy when i need an urgent service at the branch."
