"During my time as Director of Transportation for Wilkinsburg School District, I contracted many buses through SD Transit. The owner was always accommodating with short notice events, very professional and tended to any concerns immediately. Reading the reviews are a little disappointing. If you have not dealt with this company on a business level (parent of student, B2B and etc.) it doesn't make much sense to rate the company. If you see a driver that is behaving unfavorably, the correct thing to do is contact the company directly, not ruin their ratings about seeing a driver parked wrong or driving "erratically". The companies responsibility is to do their due diligence with the hiring process. Anything beyond that can't be foreseen and can only be addressed in hindsight."
