"Okay, someone needs to do an internal review of this location, specifically. In the past 6 months, I've had two packages sit for lengthy periods of time with no movement. The last package was from Macy's, and I never received it after it went out for delivery and then had to return to the facility "due to an emergency." I had to notify macys, and they had to resend the package (after waiting a week to see if it ever left the facility) and issue me a credit. Now I have another package I'm expecting, and yet again, it's just sitting at the facility for days with no movement. Tomorrow will be day 3; I hope I get it. I'm not certain what UPS has going on here. If the facility is understaffed, or you can't get adequate staffing due to low pay, then the management at this facility needs to do a serious overhaul. I know the employees work hard and have difficult jobs, but this game of not knowing if my package will be delivered or stolen from this facility is getting old. I'll be routing as much as I can through USPS and DHL until they fix whatever is happening here."
"After UPS failed to deliver my package containing life-saving medication for my kitten (it needed a signature and they never give me more than 5 seconds to get to the door), I desperately called the UPS hotline to get this figured out and was met with a lot of people who did not care and a lot of incompetence. I did however have one agent who pointed me in the direction of the customer center, where he believed my package would end up after the work day. I showed up at 5 and was told it was still on the truck, but the wonderful woman working the desk named Madison, took my number down and promised to call me if/when the truck came back. I had my doubts, but sure enough, she called me and let me know I could come back at 7:30 and it would be ready. And kitty lived, so thank you."
"Delivery people will LIE about delivering your packages. I work a crazy schedule and would pay extra to have things delivered the next day and this location would lie about making an attempted delivery for my package. I would go back and forth with UPS customer service to get my packages. I would rate this place a -19507384869320 if I could. How are you opened 4 hours only on weekdays and you never answer your phones..? that’s REAL convenient for the working class. Then they catch an attitude with you after you’ve jumped through hoops to get answers on your packages."
"If I could give a zero ot a negative, I would. Package is to one to me in 3 days, past 2 days it's been in the warehouse and won't be delivered from another 2 days!! My company never uses then anymore because of their lackluster performance with deliveries. Never pay for quicker shipping because it doesn't matter!! DO NOT USE THEM ANYMORE!!"
"Went in and the place was a ghost town. Not a soul in sight to assist me with picking up a package that was being held. There was a sign that said “ring bell for service”. I rang that bell about 5 times and it took half an hour for anyone to come down and assist me. However, the woman was very pleasant and helpful when she did come down to assist. Overall, 2/5."
