"This was my first time as a Waterworks customer. My expectations were exceeded. The technician, Garrett, was professional and personable. He found the issue quickly and was able to repair the leak without any trouble. I would highly recommend Garrett and Waterworks. Thank you for a job well done."
"Fabulous job today. Jonathan arrived ahead of schedule which was fantastic in my case. He work diligently to remove and install a new kitchen faucet. I could tell he had great job ethics from the way he worked and gave options along the way until job was completed. He is an asset to the waterworks team. Wish there were more plumbers out like this guy. Thanks Jonathan you did a wonderful job today. Recommend Waterworks because I will use them again."
"I first used Waterworks years ago in my first home. I usually do my own work, but I ran into a problem I couldn't fix myself. I called Waterworks. I would call no one else when I have a water issue that I can't solve myself (which happened recently in my new home). Very professional, prices are fair, and their work is exceptional. I recommend them to everyone I know. Great company with top-notch employees."
"Back in March I met Gary with Waterworks for his assessment of the cracked sewer stack. After describing what most likely would have to happen to properly repair the pipe, they gave me an estimate and let me think about it. Not long after I asked Waterworks to call me and discuss the repair further. Gary called me back within a day to answer my questions. His information allowed me to form a plan for the kitchen to help make the repair easier. The repair was a huge success! While the job was incredibly messy, Gary finished what could have been a 2 tech, 2 day job in 3 or 4 hours. His quick and efficient work allowed me to spend the rest of the day to get things back in order to resume life. Overall a great job!!!"
"Waterworks installed a backflow preventer in basement back in 2020, This was from the Project dry basement that franklin county was promoting to help homeowners deal with sewage flooding their homes, I was told by the city and waterworks that this would stop the sewage from coming in my home because I didn't want them to dig up basement if this wasn't going to work, Well didn't work basement has flooded with sewage multiple times since then and I had Waterworks out april 2024, and the plumber told me the backflow is junk and that the plumber goes to multiple house a day having the same issue and his exact words they don't work and doesn't matter if you clean them daily. and there's nothing he could do besides clean it . I clean it 1x a month. So I let them tear up my basement for no reason and I still get sewage in the basement, I have called, messaged attorney general, reached out to 6 on your side, called lawyer, No replies I'm not kidding no one wants to help. This is Disgusting."
