This is probably the nicest dealership I’ve had my car serviced at. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. There were no lines of cars waiting to get in. Rory was professional, efficient, and a genuinely cool dude. I also got a ride home and back to pick up my car provided by Toyota West. Overall it was totally different than any other experience I have had getting my car serviced."

"My experience was absolutely horrible. I bought the car November 2022 (carfax stated it had been in a minor accident- I was assured that all damages were repaired and the car was in good working order) and after a few short months realized there was a leak from the a column on the driver side so I took it to the dealership and they diagnosed the issue as needing the windshield replaced. A year goes by and the same leak again- I was informed this time it was a cracked body seam which rusted the weld and body work would need performed at MY cost. The estimate being $4,600 - almost, if not more than my cars value. The car itself could be totaled but my insurance won’t cover it since the damage was done prior to me purchasing the car. Toyota West has refused to help with this issue even though I’ve been a returning customer up until this point and clearly they missed this damage twice- almost three times now had I not been persistent."

"For the first time I am a little bit frustrated and have a loss of trust with my service at Toyota West. Mind you I pay for the extended toyota care. They have never done me wrong (that I know of in the past) but we can only take their word that they do the work. Today they say they did my 30k/3yr service and asked if I wanted my truck to be run through the wash after and i said yes please as it has road grime on it from the rain we got earlier this week. When my service advisor hands me my keys and has me sign the paper work showing the service performed with all the little boxes checked yup all boxes checked. I turn around and low and behold there's my truck "looking clean" (because I did just run it through the car wash 2 weeks ago & put tire shine on) but no it's there in its red road grime glory telling it's story of not getting run through the wash. I did not make a big deal of this in the moment, but it does make me question if i need to mark my tires next time to make sure they really do rotate them. I feel like i need to really check my air filter now and make sure it's new also. They just broke my trust a little with that lie about running it through the wash.
