Lito had the problems with the Refrigerator Compressor Overload and Start Relay diagnosed within 5 minutes (which I had suspected) and, the Refrigerator Temperature Control Thermostat (which I had not) diagnosed in another 10. Within an hour, he had replaced both controls and had everything buttoned up. Two weeks later, everything is still running perfectly. Whether or not this is company policy is irrelevant since no one should have to pay money "UP FRONT" before whatever problem they're having is rectified, otherwise what's the incentive for Sears to complete the job "correctly"?"
