"Very poor customer service. Took a ring there to be sized. Was told would be ready in a week..called 10 days later as I hadn't heard anything. Thus was a gift for my Granddaughter and told them that when I brought it in. When I called to get status is was told the person who did the work was on vacation and it would be a few weeks for it to be done..and worst if all whomever I was talking to was rude..she didn't have time she said to call everyone and give status of orders. Very Very poor customer service."

"Can’t say enough about how nice the staff was here! Came in to get my wife’s wedding ring fixed. Nothing too intricate but she hadn’t worn it in years. Took him maybe 5 minutes and he polished it up. Wouldn’t except any money just an act of kindness from a person and business that cares about the community and people in it!
