"Scheduled a small (commercial) job and I missed the appointment. (Admittedly my mistake) when I realized my mistake, I immediately text, called, sincerely apologized and tried to reschedule. Instead of excepting my apology and rescheduling, Mike Kirby... didn't respond (for several hours) and then when he finally did... informed me (by text) that (all of a sudden) "he was going to pass on the job" that we had agreed on." I felt like this was an emotional response and not a professional one... After all, we all make mistakes don't we? Our company has been in business over 20 years, owns 9 locations in two states and is in the process of opening a 10th this year. We are expanding into the Pgh market and searching for a reliable/professional contractor to hire for this and our next 8 stores....Spending an estimated 500K+ on electrical work...Unfortunately Kirby Brothers will not be seeing any of that business.
