"An A is NOT for effort... Thanks but no thanks to Opeka Auto. Without writing a book about my disappointment with Opeka Auto, here are a few simple things: I took my vehicle to Opeka for repair of a minor fender bender from an accident I was not at fault. It consisted of a front bumper, fender, and headlight area repair. I felt the entire time as if the at-fault insurance company was their client, not myself. Work that was supposed to take 4 days took 10. If the vehicle had been perfect at delivery, I would have been fine with the 6-day delay. However, there were minor things missing, and the general attention to detail was lacking. I appreciate that Opeka Auto stands behind their work; however, if I have to keep pointing out their shortcomings it impacts a customer's perspective of professionalism. I'm sure Opeka's answer to this negative experience will be "We offered to make it right." However think about this: "96% of unhappy customers don’t complain, however 91% of those will simply leave and never come back" . Odette you were great. Thx"
