"Just scheduled my 4th appointment for the same issue that has not been resolved after 3 visits. I'm currently on my 4th Toyota vehicle, this is the first service center I've ever had to come back to for an unfixed issue. I'm starting to think the service department hates the sales department and wants to make sure I don't ever buy a 5th Toyota."

"Service advisor Diana was the best answering all my questions calling me explaining the delay in ordering my parts took the time went through my bill explained everything in plain English. Customer service excellence .that woman should be made employee of the month!great experience."

"Would rate 0 if I could because despite calling three different times over 3 weeks to schedule an appointment, I have received 0 calls back and no service. When calling the Toyota service department, you get a representative that transfers you to another rep, that transfers you to another rep, that transfer you to a third rep, THAT THEN TRANSFERS YOU TO A VOICEMAIL, where they ask you to leave a name and number with a short message for a call back. Despite leaving a message three times over three weeks, I am yet to have any service scheduled for my car. 0 stars. Do not waste your time!!!"

"Had a 10k checkup. Tire rotation, oil change and top off fluids. They are very nice and accommodating. Only downside was having to readjust my mirrors, seat and heating settings back to my settings. I wish they would place paper mats on the floor and they should get there car wash fixed. I like the courtesy wash they usually provide."
