"Had an issue with my garage new refrigerator, kept shorting the gfi switch, I called Pitch Black and the owner instructed me to plug the refrigerator using an extension cord to another gfi I did shorted out again then he told me that the new refrigerator was the problem. Got a new refrigerator and it’s works fine. great company could have came out for a service call, but they didn’t. Ow Pitch Black is my pick in the future."
"Lights in half of my condo didn't work properly. I also thought I needed to do some expensive upgrades to my electrical system. After calling two other companies (one didn't respond--the other didn't respond for days), Pitch Black Electric answered the phone right away. The electrician came promptly at the agreed upon date and time. I was told I didn't need the upgrades and why I didn't need them. The faulty lighting was quickly diagnosed and repaired quickly. The price paid was very fair for 2.5 hours of work. Now if anyone asks who does great electrical work, I can say, "I gotta guy.""
