"I want to start out with if I could give this place 0 stars I so would. My boyfriend and I have had terrible experiences with them. We were living in an apartment that got bought by Aegis, after our apartment was bought they raised our rent (was not worth what we were paying) and started having everyone pay electric, etc.. This was jus the start, both our closet lights broke and we were told maintenance would come but that was months and our lights still never got fixed. Our sink leaked, our carpet was pulling up on one side, and at one point in the summer we had fleas. Our lease came to an end and we decided to move I was told by the building manager that I could scrub the carpet myself and that I did not need to hire anyone. We cleaned that apartment top to bottom it took us 3 days because we really scrubbed it to get our security which by the way we didn’t. We then received a bill stating we owed $291.59 for cleaning and carpet cleaning.. I called Tracey Huber(she was the one I called to let know we are moving out) and sent a text that went unread. So I sent her an email with screenshots of the manager stating we could use my works rug scrubber. At this point I’m getting for frustrated. We then receive a revised bill stating they took the carpet cleaning off and sent us a check for $8.41. My Boyfriend decided to email Tracey and see why we are still getting charged $300 for a cleaning fee which she then proceeded to say that this is not any of her concern and she doesn’t have time for this & gave us a different email which we have contacted this place multiple times and still no reply and this was almost 6 months ago. This place has terrible customer service and I will NEVER recommend anyone to live where they own."

"I have a mid-sized portfolio (single family homes and 1 multi-family) that I transferred to Aegis several years ago. Since they took over the management of my properties, my life has been much easier. They do all of the things an owner would expect from a management company and they took control of my rental property business. They gave me my life back. I no longer had to spend the hours that it takes for an owner of rental properties to management. At one point, I wanted to get out of the multi-family business and Aegis assisted with that sale. Things went very smoothly and they handled everything for me. I continued to hold onto my single family homes and Aegis has done an excellent job managing them. As an owner, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage their properties"

When something needs fix you put in a order though the tenant portal and someone is taking care of the problem asap. I give all the staff my praise.
