"Cannot say enough about this wonderful service. We lost our beloved dog on a Saturday morning. Thinking no way would we be able to get in anywhere, being it was the weekend . I called the number and Nathan answered right away. He was out of town ,but assured me,that his assistant would call me back within 5 minutes. It was more like 3!! While talking to her, Nathan texted in to make sure that she had called. I was blown away. We met an hour later I dropped off the pet, and she took time to thoroughly explain everything in perfect detail. If I could Rate 10 stars I would. I've heard stories of owners leaving their pets with a vet, only to have the animal shipped out of town and wait for long periods of time to get their loved one back. No need when we have a wonderful, quick, and reasonably priced service right here. And I traveled in from Western NY. I'd drive twice as far as I did to use this service again if I had to. Excellent in a word. Don't look any further, you won't find a better service."

"If I could give the owner Nate and this business a ten out of five stars I would: the care, compassion and quality service was hands down the best I’ve had for this extremely sad, painful task. Not only did this business owner go out of his way to meet with me, but he returned my precious fur baby to me in a custom wooden box with her name, Butterz, on it the very next day— and included a lock of her beautiful fur and her paw print (which I very much wanted before she passed). As a lifelong dog owner who has lost other fur babies, I had previously used one of our local vets (who sub-contracts out) for this service. I wish I would have known about Family Friends Pet Loss Services before. Nate’s business provided more speedy, personalized care. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this business to any other dog owner wishing to cremate their beloved pet."

"Beyond blessed to have found a place to take my dog after she passed away, where she was treated with love and care. Our hound dog passed away in our home the night before Easter. Nate answered his business number in the middle of the night and was to his shop to meet us immediately. He allowed us to say our goodbyes and let us talk about our memories with her. Even in the middle of the night it was ok to take the time we needed to say goodbye. We picked her up two days after she passed away and Nate did such a wonderful job on her beautiful box with her name hand engraved. He clipped her fur in the spot where it curled(a memory I got to share with him.) Nate even made a paw print for us to hold. There are no words to say how thankful I am to know the care he took of not only our dog but us as well."
