"Very difficult to get ahold of and impossible to get ahold of her for the other agent. She texts, no calls, she doesn't answer questions or get paperwork prepared in a timely manner. She came to our closing in sandals and a sundress. This is a 300K sale... Maybe dress the part. I don't recommend Caren. I was the buyer and she made 6 weeks seem like 3 months with the lack of communication and lack of getting documents in a timely manner. She blamed everything on the seller when it was her job that made the sale so difficult. She impeded the process rather than jumping on it and trying to actually sell it. Just unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe she's super busy, but it sure seemed like she didn't want to sell the condo that was in the market for over 2 years. Check around New Castle for other options on real estate agents. I do not recommend."

"Caren was very hard to get a hold of. She will basically only text, and only at night. We bought a condo in North Point Condominiums that was almost 300K. Due to the seller not being available, we had to postpone closing. He was hard to get ahold of. Why she couldn't go see him, I'm not sure. But, it seemed like to us, the buyers and our realtor, that she didn't want to sell this condo. It was on the market for over 2 years. The seller didn't fix the plumbing issues at all. And she didn't present as professional at closing. Maybe I just expect a certain level of professionalism from a realtor. It is a sales job and she was not helpful at all. I did national sales as a profession and know what the processes are when dealing with people and when buying and selling a product. She needs some lessons on being more available and willing to answer calls. Caren is a very nice person, just impossible to work with. I don't know if she's just super super busy, but she was not timely at all. If anything, she impeded the whole process. Also unfortunately, I had to postpone due to some paperwork that wasn't turned in, by both Caren and for myself. Out of both of our controls. All in all, she was difficult to contact, difficult to get paperwork from, difficult to close with. At the closing, she did come, but dressed in a sundress and sandals. Just didn't present very professionally to any of us. I do not recommend her as a realtor. I'm sure she has a great business, she just needs to manage better and be more available and more professional."

"Caren is friendly and helpful, but I don’t find her trustworthy. She tried to hide a lot of the costs and was not forthcoming about changes in the industry. I went to another agent who told me from the start the changes I already knew and quoted the right costs from the beginning. I would recommend you check around first before signing with Caren Foy Group."
