"I gave them so many chances before resorting to leaving a review. There was a property they were attempting to rent. I sent in an inquiry and didn't hear anything back. I waited another day and sent another. Still nothing back. So I called the number on the ad. I was told that it was not their listing and given a number and name to call and ask for. After calling and finding out from that person that it was their listing, I then proceeded to call back the first number. I was put on hold for a short time to then be answered by an unenthusiastic employee. I was told that the property was going to have an open house and that no one would be available to show it otherwise. Unfortunately we could not make the times. I left my number in hopes that if it did not rent I would be contacted. The showing went and passed and the property was then listed on Facebook Marketplace. I then sent in an inquiry on Facebook. It was shortly followed up by a text message with second showing time to which I again informed them we can't make those times but we loved the property already and were ready to rent immediately. I was told no one will show the house outside those times. It has now been over 2 weeks since initial inquiry and I followed up today to see if the property had been rented due to it still being on market. I was given another number and asked to contact them to see. All that I have taken away from this is: If its this hard to see a property, get a response or even have any genuine communication with someone, I can only imagine the difficulties that would come with renting from them. Its unfortunate as well because we would have jumped on that rental immediately had someone taken an hour to show it to us."

"They don't even TRY to sell your house. They list it in the MLS and expect the house to sell itself. We've missed out on a number of new homes we were interested in because we still have this one on the market (almost a year now). in addition, we've been told more than once that our contingent offer was accepted on a house, only to find out later that it was not... Terrible experience,I can't wait till our contract expires so we can go elsewhere and work with someone who actually cares about their customers and isn't afraid to work a little to get the job done."

"Horrible experience go with any other company Anna DeFrank is breaking a lot of laws by not letting us out of our agreement. She lost our keys, she put the lock box where it could be easily stolen. She messed up our listing 3 times and listed it with the wrong address. We are very upset with Castle Realty and want nothing to do with them. Overall I would give them 0 stars."
