"Bentleyville Post office NEVER answers the phone never ever im putting in a complaint this is crazy i been calling since 930 am and its 12:30 and this isnt the first time"
"Our mail carrier deserves a raise. He’s always polite and we appreciate it very much. He always delivers on time where fed ex etc always take forever."
"Regular mail person was great. Replacements can’t get an address correct. Today’s mail was ALL for next door neighbor in our locked mailbox. So, we wonder where our mail was delivered. No accountability. You can’t fix stupid/ careless update: date to complain ? Your packages will no longer be delivered to your home. No problem for 25 yrs but now driveway that hasn't changed said to be too long. Typical current attitude: do as little as possible. Use UPS or FedEx."
"The mail carriers are always nice. They always have a smile on there face rain or shine"
"I don’t know what is up with USPS in Bentleyville. I keep getting redelivery notices in my email from them saying that they attempted to deliver packages. Problem is there is no notice on my door and I have a camera system on my house that shows that no one attempted delivery. This may have worked 10 years ago on stupid people but I’m not stupid. I have a sign on the front of my house that says leave packages at the rear and cameras that record every angle of my house. No one showed up. You’re lucky the hold for USPS was 40 minutes long!"
