"This review would have been a 5. Had they not chopped down the tree we PAID FOR with zero notification or warning. Just found out when I showed up to say HBD to my brother and found his tree gone and his plaque post that says the type of the tree and that the tree was OURS, tilted all off kilter. I get it, trees get sick and die too, but the lack of the absolute bare minimum courtesy (informing us BEFORE we went there), was never done. Don’t give them a penny for anything but the hole in the ground. Anything else is a false promise and a scam… Just like the Catholic Church!"
