"Good views, chilled ambiance and good drinks. I was staying at the hotel but wanted to grab a quick drink before they closed. They were gracious and prepared my two drinks quickly. I had my drinks and enjoyed the view. I’m sure it looks really nice during sunset."

"The Upstairs at The Morrow Review: Fantastic Rooftop Vibes (4.5/5) The Upstairs at The Morrow is a rooftop bar that I absolutely love. The vibes are wonderful, and the view of NoMa is fantastic. The drinks and food are good and well thought out. The French burger with beef jus is probably one of the best I've had in the city, accompanied by delicious frites. We also tried the strawberry shortcake, which was just okay. The service was fast and friendly, and they accommodated us as walk-ins. Honestly, you go for the vibes—the views are incredible, and the decor is luxurious throughout the bar and hotel, featuring clean modern finishes. The DJ that night added to the lively atmosphere. I also appreciated that all the dishware was high-quality plastic, which felt really well thought out for a rooftop setting. Disclaimer: I worked at Le Clou, the associated restaurant, for about a week before leaving. I wasn't the biggest fan of Chef Nic, but I will say that the burger was damn good."

"We went there to see the 4th of July fireworks. Definitely worth it but you need to reserve your spot beforehand or you are in for a disappointing surprise."

"Great views with great live music. The staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient and affordable valet parking in the hotel garage with an elevator that takes you directly to the roof. The food and drinks were decent too, but could have been a bit more flavorful. I recommend the French onion burger. The drinks were a tad bit too sweet for my liking, but they were still enjoyable."

"I had no idea there was a rooftop bar when I booked my stay at the Morrow.  The bar was in its 2nd day of operation (new car smell). If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind while enjoying the city's magnificent views, look no further. This charming rooftop bar has a stunning view of the Washington Monument and the surrounding area. The atmosphere was lively, and people were having a great time chatting and enjoying their drinks - not overcrowded at all. I was overwhelmed by the vibe and the scenery that this place had to offer, especially since I was not aware of its existence prior. Upon entering the bar, I was greeted by a friendly host who promptly asked us to choose whether we wanted to sit outside or inside. I chose outside, and I sat at one of the outdoor tables next to the fire. The cocktails were amazing. I sat back and enjoyed the peaceful  breeze and the serene skyline, taking in the view while sipping on my delicious drinks. The sushi is a must-have. I went back the next day because why not? Highly recommend!!!"
