PNC Bank 4488 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA 16510

"My experience today was absolutely absurd. IMAGINE trying to withdrawal thousands of dollars, through a check and the banker hands you a check IN SPANISH. How in the HELL are we going to have “American” bankers handing people checks WRITTEN IN SPANISH. I asked to withdrawal speaking in ENGLISH. I instantaneously walked right out of the bank and instantaneously started switching banks. HOW does this happen? I want my checks written in ENGLISH because that is the language I ASKED FOR IT in!!! It is clear that anyone can just hop the border and just ✅check mark the damn box that they are a legal American citizen and just work wherever the hell they want. Imagine trying to BUY A CAR with a Spanish check in the USA. This whole experience has been absolutely laughable and the only time I’ve ever had to physically withdrawal money out of the bank I’m immediately greeted with imports trying to hand me a check in Spanish. I hope someone does something about this before more people have to go through this!"

"I have had a number of problems with them over the years. From paying the wrong mortgage to losing paper work. I have a few older mortgages with them so I can't afford to just walk away."

"Wheelchair Accesible , remote door opener , some recent changes the ATM next to the front door has been removed and bricked over . Has multiple drive thru lanes and 2 available drive or walk up ATM . This is also a branch that can replace a lost or stolen Debit card on the spot rather than waiting for one to come in the mail .credit cards can not be replaced at any branch, that is handled via 800 number and mail . I have used PNC as my bank for almost 20 years , they have consistently exceeded my expectations in customer service connivence and ease of use , the Mobile banking App works great and has run perfectly on everything from android Wi Fi tablets to IPhones on 5 G."

"This bank is very sometimey. especially when it comes to how you want your money back. don't ask me how i want my money back if you don't supposedly have it, then proceeds to give me the exact wrong way of how i asked to have my money back. the attitudes, etc. i've been seeing reviews on how uncoordinated this bank is, and i experienced it today. idk why PNC has a stigma of not wanting to give you the exact form of bills you want back, but i sure will not be going to this PNC no longer."
