"Not sure if this is the giant eagle location or the standard alone building next to it. I have been banking with citizen for many years without any issues. They have been good to me and the renovation no this stand alone building was much needed. Looks great!"

"Loyal customer for 7 years, no late payments ever. They will randomly cancel your card with no warning and with no reasoning leaving you stranded without money for a week in another state. When you call for help they will give you the company line and leave you stranded with no help at all. They will also not compensate you for that hardship and will then cut your credit limit into a 5th of what it was for a single 30$ missed payment DUE TO THIER WEBSITE/SYSTEMS BEING DOWN. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! I recommend Dollar Bank next door if you enjoy this particular location for banking."

"Awful customer service. The guy who was working all the way to the left barely looked at a citizens bank check and said can’t cash that here with the amount. Doesn’t say anything and was not making any reasonable suggestions to help the situation. This bank is awful everyone who banks with Citizens should leave asap. Customer support is so bad it’s unreal"
