"Extremely upset and disappointed. I run a business and we bank here and my employee overheard two of their tellers talking about me and making threats about fighting me. One was a male employee and one was Raina. Incredibly unprofessional and rude."
"Very large branch, but only has like 4-5 teller windows. Didn't even have rolls of dollar coins, so I'll probably have to go to a smaller branch. Also, no bike parking, though that's pretty normal for PNC."
"Kathryn told me that I had a man stealing my identity (which was a lie) told me to contact all 3 credit bureaus to inform them I had a man using my social security number and all 3 bureaus told me they had no idea what they are talking about. I even was so scared that I invested in LifeLock because I was told I would never be able to open another account or do anything financially while this “person” was using my identity. I went through an insane amount of stress for no reason because of her. She is fraud."
"I've been a PNC customer for 20 years. There is nothing exceptional about my experience with this bank. There is also nothing bad about it. I feel they strive to do a good job. I've worked with numerous employees (from cashiers to business bankers). And they seem to want to deliver a good customer experience. I've poor reviews from other people. And all I can say is during the last 20 years, I've had quite a different experience. Maybe they are people who are impossible to please (we've all run into that type). But for my needs (personal and business), I've remained content."
"Diane the business agent is racist I don't know why she still working there, when we first moved to the area my husband when to her to check some transactions and after 2 years of dealing with the PNC she has been the only one that has requested a passport to do business apparently a PA drivers license and ATM card was not enough for her. Second time I went with him and the place was really empty instead of helping customer she took a long time talking to another agent I really didn't feel like dealing with ignorant people so we left. We spent the same time we waited for her in and out another branch. We have had no issues with any other agent at any other branch most have exceptional customer service."
