But when I went to another PNC site after this, they told me I can and they did not know why that banker lied to me. Horrible experience!! Waste so much of my time!!"

"Customer service is very poor. Have to be in line for a long time to do transactions. The drive through bank counter is the worst in the world. Branch does not have enough staff to help the customers. One of the staffs dealt with me very rudely as I shared the inconvenience of the drive through banking due to the time consumption in the line. Please do not go to this branch if you have any other option."

"One of the bank tellers and the manager were both very rude to me. They gave me problems with a check, and didn't want to resolve it. The bank teller accused it of being forged, and tried to make me look like a bad person. I went back and complained because I was not doing anything wrong, and the manager just said they can't do anything because of the automated system. So they are helpless. I suggest going with a different bank to avoid rude people, and unnecessary hassles."
