"Horrible customer service, the management team will not help nor call you back, even if they tell you they will. They pushed a $10k transaction through that was in error and told us it was because we are valued customer. "Valued customers"??? You value us that much to push a disputed transaction through without sufficient funds. But if I make a $100 purchase without the funds you decline. PNC your logic doesn't align. We're very disappointed the level of effort this branch and PNC as a whole have given us to our situation."

"I've been using PNC for almost 10 years, two of which have been at the Mt Nebo location. I ran into problems immediately when I opened up my business bank account. Since opening the account I have had constant issues with representatives 1) not calling me back, causing me to have to call and complain multiple times, 2) not providing accurate paperwork that I needed in order to run my business smoothly, and 3) forcing me to make appointments to have basic questions answered and then making me wait long periods of time to be seen. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but have been met with continued disappointment over the past two years. I've decided to take my business elsewhere after they began charging me monthly fees and not calling me back when I inquired about the nature of the $15 service fee."

Was considering opening an account with them but that changed the day their ATM ate my debit card and the manager there REFUSED to give my card back because it wasn't one of theirs (Claiming it was to prevent fraud) I even offered 4 forms of ID but he still refuse apparently their policies are at the discretion of each individual branch because when I called corporate they told me it was his choice if he wanted to give me my card back."
